End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Translify

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the user) and Novelfun Limited (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively “Translify” or “we” or “our”).

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Translify software from any source.

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Translify extension. It provides a license to use the Translify software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

By installing and/or using the Translify extension, you are confirming your acceptance of Translify and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use Translify , and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to Translify . The terms also apply to any Translify updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for Translify , unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

Translify hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Translify software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Translify software on any device (for example on a PC, laptop, or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Translify software. You are also responsible for any misuse of Translify that breaches the licenses or agreements of other sites and services.

You are not permitted to:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use Translify for any commercial purpose.

Allow any third party to use Translify on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Use Translify in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law, including the licenses and agreements of website that Translify is used on.

Abuse any of Translify 's services in a way that is not intended by the creators.

Use Translify for any purpose that the creators of Translify considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Translify shall at all times retain ownership of Translify as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of Translify by you. Translify (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in Translify , including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Translify .

Translify reserves the right to grant licences to use Translify to third parties.

Third-Party Services

When you use our PDF document translation service, the PDF documents you submit will be securely forwarded to our third-party service provider for necessary processing. By submitting your documents, you authorize and consent to this arrangement. We will require the third-party provider to process your documents strictly according to our requirements and treat the processed results with the same security standards.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use Translify and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Translify .

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of Translify . The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement. No warranty

The author of Translify expressly disclaims any warranty for Translify . Translify and any related services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Translify remains with you.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Translify or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of or inability to access of use the software and any third party content and services, whether or not the damages were foreseeable. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.
