Enhanced Input Box

With Translify's Enhanced Input Box feature, you can seamlessly translate text in any input field across the web. Simply type your content, then quickly press the spacebar three times, and Translify will translate your text instantly.

This feature allows for real-time, bilingual communication in chat windows, search bars, and more—making your online experience more fluid and multilingual than ever before.

You can enable the Enhanced Input Box in the extension's settings page.

Translating into Other Languages

To translate into another language, simply type the corresponding language code followed by your text. For example:

  • ja Enter English here to translate into Japanese.
  • fr Enter English here to translate into French.

This works the same for other languages. See below for all language codes.

Partial Translation

You can choose to only translate part of your input. For example:

  • Input: "Hello world"
  • Partial translation: "Hello //world"
  • Output: "Hello 世界" (with "world" translated into Japanese)
